Operation Steps
STEP 1:Close the Molded case circuit breaker QFBK on the door of the distribution box,and then close the Miniature circuit breaker QF3K,QFUPS and QFKC-1P, the HMI will be turned on and the screen will be on, and then close the control box ZKKC miniature circuit breaker. At this time, the 24V control circuit in the cabinet will be powered on.
STEP 2:Close QF2K, QFXF, QFFJ, QFA1, QFA2, QFA3, QFA4, QFA5, QFA6, QFCP, QFFAN circuit breakers on the door of the distribution box.
After closing QFXF and QFFJ, the container fire exhaust fan is ready and the fire controller is powered on.
After the QFA1~QFA6 are closed, the container air conditioner is powered on and can be verified by switching on and off.
c.After the QFCP is closed, the container lighting is powered on, and the lighting switch can be turned on to verify.
d. Close the QFFAN miniature circuit breaker, and the auxiliary transformer cooling fan is ready.
STEP 3:Close QFHV1 and QFHV2 miniature circuit breakers on the door of the distribution box, connect the AC secondary power supply of 1#~6# high voltage unit, then close 1#~6# high voltage unit circuit breakers QF61~QF66, and finally close DC contactors KM61~KM66 on the "Contactor control" interface of HMI touch screen. (See Section 8.5.1Login and logout for the login method.)

Close the contact
STEP 4:Close the AC circuit breakers QF21, QF22, QF23, QF24, QF25, QF26 in the primary distribution box. The series converters 1#~6# generate power on the AC side. Then observe the status of the LED indicator panel on the side of PCS. If the red light of the converter turns on for a long time, please refer to "EH Series Energy Storage Converter _ User Manual" for details.
STEP 5:Check that the Energy Storage System Ready indicators on the Energy Storage System status screen and the BMS Communication and BMU Communication indicators on the BMS status screen on the HMI touch screen are both green. The system is started.

Figure 7-4 Startup operation process
The QF2K is connected to the main auxiliary system. If grid connection is not immediately available on site. It’s possible to use an external 400V(DG) power supply to carry out basic commissioning by connecting QF2K.
7.2. Normal shutdown of energy storage products
Operation Steps
STEP 1:Enter the "Control" interface of the touch screen, click "Energy storage.

STEP 2:In "General" mode, set the “Active power” and “Reactive power” to "0" and change the Control mode from “AC power” mode to “Stop” mode, click “OFF” button .

In "Separate" mode set the “Active power” and “Reactive power” to "0" and change the control mode of "1 #~6 # PCS" from "Constant AC power" mode to "Stop",click “OFF” button.

STEP 3:In the HMI touch screen "Control"-"Contactors" interface disconnect DC contactor KM61~KM66, and then manually disconnect the high voltage unit circuit breaker.

Step 3
Turn the handle of the high voltage unit circuit breaker to the horizontal direction, and the circuit breaker is in the disconnected state.

7.3. Operation setting of energy storage products
7.3.1. Inspection before operation
STEP 1:Check whether the "Energy storage system ready" indicator in the "Energy storage" interface is green. If not, please jump to Chapter Error! Reference source not found..

STEP 2:Check whether the contactors on the "Contactors" interface is closed. If not, please close the contactor.

7.3.2. General mode
When the current mode is enabled, the settings of "Separate" mode and "Time control" mode will be invalid.
Operation steps:
STEP 1:Set "PCS control mode switch" to "General" mode.
STEP 2:Click “ON” button of “System control” mode.
STEP 3:Set the "Control mode" in the General mode to "AC power" mode, and then input the power value. The positive number is discharge, and the negative number is charge.

7.3.3. Separate mode
When the current mode is enabled, the settings of "General" mode and "Time control" mode will be invalid.
Operation steps:
STEP 1:Set "PCS control mode switch" to "Separate" mode.
STEP 2:Click “ON” button of “System control” mode.
STEP 3:Set the "Control" mode of the 1# PCS~6# PCS in the separate control mode to "Constant AC power" mode, and then input the power value. The positive number is discharge, and the negative number is charge.

In the Stop mode, 1 # system, 2 # system, 3 # system, 4 # system, 5 # system, and 6 # system can operate independently. The systems are independent of each other and operate independently.
7.3.4. Automatic operation settings
When the current mode is enabled, the settings of "General" mode and "Separate" mode will be invalid, and the system will automatically run according to the relevant settings of the "Time control" interface.Click “Time control” button into time control interface.

7.4. Energy storage products Emergency Shutdown
The emergency Shutdown button (EPO) can quickly disconnect the electrical connection of the Energy storage product's battery and AC grid in an emergency.
NOTICE
The EPO button remains locked after it is pressed. To release the EPO button, rotate and release it in the direction indicated on the button.

Figure 7-7 Check EPO button
The system will stop working when the emergency power off button is pressed. The converter AC side circuit breakers QF21~QF26, primary distribution box QF2K and QF3K, high-voltage unit circuit breakers QF61~QF66 and contactor KM61~KM66 will trip and break.
If you need to restart the system, start the energy storage product normally according to Section Normal startup of energy storage products
7.5 Operation and maintenance mode
When performing routine maintenance on site, ensure that the system is in Shutdown mode. The following are instructions for mode switching operations. For details, see 8.3.1 Energy Storage Control.
In General mode, change Control Mode Switch from constant AC Power Mode to Stop.

Step 1
In Separate mode, change the control mode of System 1#~6# from Constant AC power mode to Stop mode.

Step 2
Disconnect the QFBK circuit breakers on the door of the primary distribution box, and finally turn the high voltage unit circuit breakers in all battery branches to the horizontal position, as shown in the following figure.

图 9-1 Off state Label
Note: The circuit breaker handle label (switch) does not rotate with the handle.
NOTICE
To ensure the safety of personnel in the maintenance process, please complete the above operations before starting the operation and maintenance work. It is forbidden to skip the above operations and start the operation and maintenance work.
