Overview
This manual mainly introduces the product information, installation and commissioning, system operation and maintenance and technical data of 20C series energy storage system (hereinafter referred to as "energy storage", "system", "product" or "equipment").
The 20C series comprises of 2 models:
20C2H1200K with 6 battery strings and 6 inverters
20C2H1000K with 5 battery strings and 5 inverters
Both models have the same systems and same user manual procedures, except for the number of battery strings and inverters.

1. Safety Precautions
1.1 Important safety instructions
When installing, operating and maintaining the equipment, please read this manual carefully and follow the signs on the equipment and all safety precautions in the manual.
Commissioning and maintenance engineers must be appointed by the manufacturer or its distributor. Otherwise, it may endanger personal safety and cause equipment failure or damage. The damage caused by the non-compliant operation is not covered by the warranty.
The installation, operation and maintenance of equipment shall comply with local laws, regulations and specifications, and the safety precautions in the manual are only a supplement to local laws, regulations and specifications.
This manual contains important safety instructions for the 20C series, which should be followed during installation and maintenance.
DANGER
Any contact with the copper bars, contactors, and terminals inside the device or connected with the loop of the utility grid might result in burning or fatal electric shock.
Don't touch any terminal and conductor connected with the loop of the utility grid. Pay attention to any instruction and safety documents about power on-grid.

Don't touch electric parts within 15 minutes after the power outage!
There is dangerous energy in capacitance storage. Don't touch device terminal, contactor and cooper bar, and other electric parts within 15 minutes after disconnecting all device power supplies.
NOTICE
All maintenance and preservation inside the device require using tools and shall be conducted by the trained person. All internal equipment that needs to be opened with tools must be maintained by a professional. Please read this user manual before operation.

1.2.2. Application scope
The Energy storage products are only permitted to use for commercial or industrial purposes and must not be used in any environment or application related to life support equipment.
1.2.3. Electrical safety marking
The marking contains important information about the security operation of the system and is strictly prohibited from tearing or damaging. Make sure the logo is clear and readable, and replace it as soon as damage or blur occurs.
1.2.4. Explain
For easier reading of this manual, images are provided. The images are used only for illustration purposes, and if there is any inconsistency between the image and the actual product, the actual product shall govern.

This manual is intended for engineers and technicians who transport, install and operate 20C series energy storage products.
